Authenticity of a review
To post a review on CRUBSTER we do not require users to prove their stay or experience in the place, as we think this may limit the overall user experience.
Being the CRUBSTER paradigm based on the trust that every single user gives to the reviewers he/she follows, the user can choose to follow only the people he/she trusts and considers honest, thus not being impacted by reviews from people he deems dishonest.
Individual reviewers are responsible for their own reviews, as defined in our platform's Terms of Service.
Timing of review publication
Generally, reviews are publicly posted immediately upon creation on CRUBSTER.
